Hello, my name is Renny Doyle and welcome to our colume here on the Auto Detailing Network! I say "we" because my wife Diane is my partner in life and business.

Each month, I receive well over 100 questions related to detailing. Some of these questions are technical based while others are business based and these questions like the people I train, coach and mentor come from all over the world!

So I have decided, as a way to help you, both the professional and serious detailing enthusiast that every few weeks or so I will answer some of the most asked questions via a video response.

Here is the first in this effort to assist you, the detailer...both profession detailers and enthusiast alike! While I deal with more professional level detailers, I do realize you car guys do have auto detailing questions also so I will not aim this at the Pro Detailers only but I am going to start with them today.
