Educating the consumer
Friday, August 21, 2009 at 11:07AM Any of us that have been in the detailing industry for any length of time know about and understand the challenges that detail businesses "flying under the radar" can present.
To this point, there have not been many resources for the consumer to educate themselves about what to look for in a detailing service provider that they may consider using.
As a result, through the assistance of detailing trainers and others we hope to bring a heightened level of information and education to the detailing consumer.
Much of the information online is geared entirely towards the detailer which is great for increasing the skills and knowledge of the industry. Now, consumers can make a more educated and informed decision before deciding on a detailing service. This will benefit everyone! The consumer as well as the professionals in our industry.
I would like to thank the contributors that have provided their expertise to this very important issue in our industry. We have received notification from others in our industry that they would like to provide their input as well. We will be updating this feature as information becomes available.
